Built for fashion only
Klooset's size recommendation runs on your own size guide and the cut of each piece, and its colour profile reads a shopper's palette from a selfie. Both exist because fashion returns come down to size and colour.
Data processing, written down
Klooset's privacy policy lists every provider involved, what it does and where it runs, including the AI providers in the US. On 11 September 2026, Tolstoy's AI Shopper page did not mention GDPR, EU data residency or the AI Act.
A price you can read
Klooset's price is on its pricing page, calculated from your traffic, from €49 a month. Tolstoy's AI Shopper page does not state a price.
When Tolstoy is the better choice
If you sell across categories, and in beauty in particular, Tolstoy fits better. It lists more than 40 brands, including The Ordinary, Laura Mercier and KitchenAid, covers categories Klooset does not, and publishes customer results such as a 6% conversion lift at CSB.

Klooset vs Tolstoy
Does Klooset work for beauty or homeware?
No. Klooset is built for fashion: clothing and accessories. For other categories, a generalist agent such as Tolstoy is a better fit.
Where is Klooset's data processed?
Our API and database run in the EU. The AI providers that generate the try-on, the colour analysis and the answers to product questions run in the US, and are all listed in our privacy policy.
How much does Klooset cost?
The price is calculated from your traffic, from €49 a month, billed monthly or annually with two months free. The calculator on the pricing page gives your exact price. Above 50,000 visits a month it is on quote.
Are shopper photos stored?
Never on Klooset's servers. Photos go to the AI provider only to generate the result, then they are dropped on our side.
Does Klooset answer questions from my catalogue?
Yes. Shoppers ask in their own words and the assistant answers from the product data you import, next to try-on, sizing, colour profile and outfits. When a detail is not in your data, it says so.
