One size,
called from your own chart.
A 36 in one brand is a 38 in another. Klooset recommends a size from your size guide, adjusted for the cut of the piece and the way the shopper likes to wear it.
The size doubt is the most expensive one.
Unsure between two sizes, the shopper orders both and plans to return one. Every bracketed order is a return you pay for before the parcel even leaves.

A few answers
Height, weight, usual size and preferred fit. Chest, waist and hip measurements are optional and take priority when given.

One size
The recommendation accounts for the cut of the piece, slim or oversized, and for whether the shopper likes a fitted or a loose fit.
- A single size, not a range to choose from
- A recommendation in your sizes, from your own chart
- An adjustment for the cut of the piece they are looking at
- Their answers remembered on their device for their next visit
- One size guide per brand or product line
- Import from a size page, a CSV or manual entry
- The cut of each product, which shifts the recommendation
- Which surfaces offer the size tool
Does it use a generic size chart?
No. It recommends from the size guide you import, so the size it gives is one you actually sell.
What if the shopper does not know their measurements?
Height, weight and usual size are enough to start. Measurements, when given, take priority.
I sell several brands with different charts. Does that work?
Yes. Each product can point to its own size guide.
Is the recommendation guaranteed?
It is a recommendation, not a guarantee. It narrows the doubt that leads shoppers to order two sizes.
