Questions
- How is a try-on counted?
- One try-on is one render of a product on the shopper's photo. A full look with accessories is rendered in two passes, so it counts as two. Product questions, the colour profile and size recommendations do not count as try-ons.
- What happens if I go over?
- Your try-ons are counted over the year, so a busy month draws on the quiet ones. We warn you at 85% of your annual volume. Beyond it, each try-on is billed €0.30 and the service never cuts off.
- Annual or monthly?
- Annual billing is 10 months paid for 12, billed once. Monthly billing is the full price each month and can be cancelled anytime. Your price and your try-ons are calculated the same way in both cases.
